Job Summary: As Ruggable's Maintenance & Safety Manager, you will oversee facility maintenance operations and environmental health and safety programs at our Vaughn location. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining a safe working environment, and leading maintenance strategies that support operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to improve maintenance programs, strengthen safety practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site. What You’ll Do: Functional Leadership - Provide overall leadership for the maintenance function in Toronto. Own maintenance strategies, plans, and budgets. Develop and lead the maintenance team through hiring, training, and skills development aligned with network standards. Evaluate maintenance technicians to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop targeted development plans Safety - Provide overall site EHS leadership, including strategy development, policies, procedures, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and incident reporting. Maintain training programs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
