Job Summary: Ruggable is looking for Maintenance Technicians who are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production output. Experience supporting digital printing systems is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience maintaining large-format printers, CNC equipment, automated sewing machinery, or similar industrial systems are encouraged to apply. This position may be filled at a mid-level or senior level depending on experience and technical capability. What You'll Do: Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventative maintenance on digital textile printers, CNC cutting systems, sewing machines, compressors, and related production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (including 3-phase power), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and restore operations quickly Conduct operational testing and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance Support installation, modification, and improvement of new and existing machinery Facility Systems S
