Job Summary: Ruggable's Product Strategy & NPI function has built a strong operational foundation — and this role exists to take it the rest of the way. The Product Operations Consultant will work directly with the Director of Product Strategy & NPI to mature and formalize our NPI process documentation, close the gaps that exist between current state and a production-ready process, and translate that work into structured logic that powers an Airtable-based workflow tool. This is a 90-day engagement for a program manager who is energized by bringing rigor to ambiguity, comfortable pushing back when something isn't defined clearly enough to build against, and capable of moving quickly without sacrificing precision. What You’ll Do: NPI Process Formalization Work with the Director of Product Strategy & NPI to take existing process documentation to a production-ready state — adding detail, building consistency, and closing gaps across both MTO and non-printed finished good pipelines Facilitate working sessions with the NPI, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Development teams to validate process logic, surface edge cases, and pressure-test documentation against real launch scenarios Flag decisions that require Director or cross-functional sign-off rather than resolving them unilaterally; maintain a clear log of open items and owner
