Job Summary:  We’re looking for an experienced and systems-minded Textile Design Project Manager to lead the seamless execution of the textile design pipeline from product creation through marketing launch. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining best-in-class tools and processes that drive efficiency and clarity across the design and product teams. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll oversee complex projects from concept to delivery, proactively manage resource capacity and risk across teams, and continuously improve the systems that power creative design work. You'll be the champion for ensuring that tools like Airtable and other systems reflect accurate, actionable data and that the teams who use them are equipped, compliant, and confident.
