Product Designer

The Product Designer plays a key role in supporting the growth of the L.A.B. Golf ecosystem by designing premium accessories, limited-edition products, and visual assets that strengthen the brand experience before, during, and after a golfer purchases a putter. This position is responsible for the design and development of soft goods, including headcovers, bags, towels, hats, apparel, and accessories, while ensuring alignment with L.A.B. Golf's brand standards, product vision, and quality expectations. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, and external manufacturing partners, the Product Designer manages projects from concept through production by creating technical specifications, production-ready artwork, custom and production laser engraving artwork, and product documentation that support successful launches. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical execution, organization, and collaboration to deliver premium products and brand experiences that enhance customer engagement and support the continued growth of L.A.B. Golf's brand standards and product vision. Create product concepts, colorways, graphic applications, and design solutions that support seasonal collections, limited releases, and custom programs. Support the Product team to execute product designs from concept through production. Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, manufacturability, and brand expectations. Technical Design and Product Documentation Create and maintain detailed tech packs, specification sheets, and construction documents for all assigned products. Define product measurements, materials, trims, hardware, stitching requirements, color standards, logo placements, and decoration methods.
