Fashion Designer (Full-Time)We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team full-time.Location: Preferred candidates from Mumbai, Delhi, or Chandigarh. Remote work is possible for exceptional candidates.Responsibilities- Manage the complete design pipeline from concept to production.- Conduct market research and trend analysis.- Create mood boards, design concepts, and initial sketches.- Develop detailed tech packs for production.- Coordinate with manufacturers and production teams.- Oversee garment details including fabrics, trims, seams, fits, washes, and finishing.- Review samples, provide fit feedback, and ensure product quality.Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Fashion Design.(Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered regardless of experience)- Strong fashion design and concept development skills.- Ability to create clear sketches, technical drawings, and production-ready tech packs.- Good understanding of textiles, fabric properties, garment construction, and fitting.- Experience with embroidery, embellishments, trims, and surface design techniques.- Strong taste and understanding of modern streetwear trends, particularly within the semi-premium/premium fashion segment.- Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into commercially viable products.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.If you're passionate about creating standout fashion products and can take ownership of the design process from idea to final production, we'd love to hear from you Show more Show less
