We’re building a community of fashion-forward, comfort-obsessed individuals who believe that style doesn’t have to come at the cost of the planet.Key Responsibilities:Conduct seasonal trend, market, and competitor research.Develop design concepts, mood boards, colour stories, and range plans.Create detailed technical sketches and tech packs with clear construction, fabric, trim, and measurement details.Work closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution.Support fabric, print, surface, and trim development as per collection requirements.Review samples and provide clear comments for fit, styling, and quality improvements.Stay updated on fashion trends, AI-led design tools, and emerging industry practices.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in woven categories.Strong expertise in trend research and detailed tech pack creation.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Working knowledge of AI tools for design, research, or visual development.Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fits, and finishing.Good communication, organisation, and cross-functi
