The RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Fashion Designer to help bring our collections to life. In this role, you will work on clothing lines from the very first sketch all the way to the final product. You will collaborate with the team to create beautiful, well-made clothes that our customers will love to wear.What You’ll DoCreate New Styles: Sketch new designs, build mood boards, and help pick out fabrics and colors for each season.See Designs Through: Handle the full design process—from initial sketches and fabric selection to fittings, fixes, and final approvals.Fittings and Tweaks: Attend clothing fittings to check the fit and look of the garments, making changes to the designs as needed.Team Up with Others: Work closely with the creative team, product developers, and production teams to make sure your designs can be made correctly and on time.Watch the Trends: Research current fashion trends, street style, and fabric innovations to keep our collections fresh and exciting.Who You AreExperience: 3 to 5+ years of experience working as a fashion designer (contemporary or luxury womenswear preferred).Technical Skills: Great at sketching, draping, and using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).Strong Portfolio: A collection of your past work that shows your design style, sketching ability, and understanding of fashion.Good Communication: Ability to explain your design ideas clearly to the rest of the team and to clothing manufacturers.Why This Role MattersAs a Designer, you are the person who turns creative ideas into actual clothes our customers can wear.
