Strong experience in ladies' activewear/sportswear. Strong technical design skills, including garment fit, construction, tech pack creation, grading, sample review, and cross-functional collaboration with design, development, and production teams. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit analysis, and pattern making. Proficiency in Excel. Experience creating detailed tech packs including BOM and packaging details.
