Sr Production Artist - Girls and Boys Apparel

Description The Sr Production Artist will be responsible for contributing to the development of Girls and Boys apparel. This position will collaborate cross-functionally to stay in-line with business needs and current retail market trends. Key Accountabilities: Create Factory ready production art sheets for graphics, prints and trim Create specs for hangtags and labels Work with design team to ensure BOMs and graphic print details are aligned Work with production team to review strike-offs, make comments and tweak artwork as necessary Self-manage workload to meet all deadlines Attend cross-functional meetings Create seasonal color cards Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communication arts/ design 5 plus years of experience in fashion (children’s experience preferred) Knowledge of textile repeats is a plus Knowledge of fabrications and technique capabilities a plus Skills and Behaviors: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop. Must be extremely self- organized Must be able to work within specific timelines and towards multiple deadlines Excellent eye for color and detail 401K, Health, dental, vision insurance and PTO Great company culture and parties.
