The successful candidate will be highly skilled in sketching, CAD design, technical drawings and product development, with experience working within premium or luxury fashion brands.The role is ideal for a designer who enjoys creating beautiful products while maintaining strong attention to detail, fit, construction and commercial viability.Reporting StructureThe Freelance Fashion Designer will report directly to Nadja Swarovski, Creative Director.The role will work closely with:Design TeamProduction TeamPattern CuttersManufacturers and SuppliersThe role does not have management responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign DevelopmentTranslate creative direction into commercially viable designs.Produce hand sketches and digital fashion illustrations.Create seasonal product concepts across:OuterwearTailoringDressesKnitwearShirts and blousesCountry and lifestyle apparelSupport collection development from concept through production.CAD & Technical DesignCreate detailed CAD drawings for all products.Produce accurate technical flats and garment specifications.Develop comprehensive tech packs for manufacturers.Ensure all technical information is complete and production-ready.Product DevelopmentWork closely with the Production Team to e
