Every collection features timeless, contemporary designs that embody modern classics.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site Designer role based in Ladbroke grove. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and creating innovative designs across Caramel’s product lines, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic. Key tasks include research, trend analysis, sketching, creating patterns, selecting materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring collections to life. The Designer will also contribute to the presentation of designs and oversee production to ensure quality and precision.Develop seasonal concepts aligned with the brand vision, including research, mood boards, and design overviews Design garments across multiple categories (e.g. jersey, wovens, knitwear) from initial concept through to final approvalCreate detailed sketches, CADs, and technical drawings ad technical packsWork closely with creative designer, suppliers Pattern Cutters to ensure design intent is realisedParticipate in fittings, providing clear feedback on fit, proportion, and finishCreate and maintain technical packs (specs, BOMs, construction details)Ensure consistency in quality, fit, and construction across the rangeWork closely with Merchandising, Buying, and Production teams to ensure collections meet commercial objectivesLiaise with suppliers and manufacturers to support sampling and productionCollaborate with Marketing and Visual teams to communicate seasonal conceptsQualificationsStrong skills in fashion design an
