Reporting into the Head of Design, you will work closely to execute Jersey - Delivering seasonal key items, trends, details and colour to drive our growing Jersey department forward.Day to day, your responsibilities will include:Working closely with the dresses team to execute range development end to end from briefs given. As well as working collaboratively with all in house departments, such as print.Supporting range development by pro-actively driving research and presenting new ideas. Showing In depth trend knowledge, clearly identify department key items, key colours, new fabrics and details in line with the NC customer.Keeping sustainability at the forefront of all development, constantly researching and evolving the brand to be the market leaders. Sourcing the newest sustainable fabrics and trims to elevate the range.Create Technical design specifications for new garment developments and work alongside suppliers to ensure fit and quality is prioritisedActively participate in fittings, in cooperation with buying and the tech team.Establish and build relationships with suppliers and fabric mills.Be able to work to and manage a critical path and demonstrate organisation and drive to ensure ranges and correct samples are delivered on timeSupporting with wholesale packs alongside the Senior designer and helping to amend this on a regular basis as needed.From time to time also assisting with any other admin tasks including but not limited to photo shoot preparation, production, fabric an
