This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and commercially aware Knitwear Designer to join a growing business that combines craftsmanship, innovation and conscious fashion.The OpportunityReporting into the Product Team, you will lead the knitwear design process from initial concept through to production, creating elevated, sustainable collections that align with the brand’s heritage aesthetic while evolving the product offering in a modern and commercially relevant way.This role would suit a creative and technically strong knitwear specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a genuine passion for premium product, natural fibres and timeless design.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and interpret emerging trends, translating them into commercially successful knitwear collections.Create seasonal mood boards, concepts and colour palettes inspired by British heritage, contemporary influences and timeless styling.Conduct competitor and aspirational brand research, identifying market opportunities and maintaining the brand’s unique positioning.Develop detailed sourcing boards for suppliers.Build and manage yarn, trim and specification libraries.Lead the development of original knitwear designs, including sketches, technical drawings and detailed
