Would you like your designs to have a direct impact on product quality, innovation, and the growth of one of Europe's most exciting D2C footwear brands?Our footwear brand Pammys has grown to over 1 million customers in its first three years and has been named the fastest-growing e-commerce brand in Europe by the Financial Times.With a team of over 100 people at our locations in Kiel, Hamburg, and our own 11,500 m² logistics center in Lensahn, we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort, and modern aesthetics.We are currently facing our next major growth phase—with the clear goal of further expanding our market position this year through internationalization and a significant expansion of our product portfolio.To achieve this, we are looking for a Footwear Designer (m/f/d) who will accompany the entire design process of our shoes – from the initial idea to concept development and final implementation. You will create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes, work closely with development, marketing, and production, and ensure that aesthetics, functionality, and user-friendliness blend perfectly.Important: We are an office-first company.
