You will provide an invaluable service to help our creative teams originate and conceptualise their ideas and designs into items to test fit, form and function.What you’ll be doing:Manage projects end-to-end, delivering patterns, prototypes, samples and construction guidelines accurately and within agreed timelines in a busy atelier environment.Lead fit sessions across multiple product categories, supporting technical decision-making and product development through to SMS.Play a key role in bringing (innovation) concepts to life through pattern cutting, advanced prototyping, technical problem-solving and new construction methods, collaborating closely with NPI, Design and Product Development teams to deliver concepts and innovation projects successfully.Maintain prototype, sample and pattern block libraries, as well as sample room materials, equipment and component inventory.Identify and explore new technologies and construction methods, including digital pattern cutting and 3D printing, while supporting solutions for fit, performance and functionality challenges.Support product quality and customer-focused development by working with suppliers, consumer groups and junior team members to improve p
