We already design and make for some of the largest brands in fashion, from Inditex in Spain to Next in the UK. We are looking for a fashion designer who can turn a trend into a production-ready, reorder-winning collection at startup speed. This role rewards taste, drive, and ownership, not a polished CV. We give brands fresh designs, no minimum order quantity, fast and compliant manufacturing, and real-time visibility into production. We design and make for major brands including Inditex and Next. We are growing fast, and this seat is for a designer who can keep that pace, excel, and deliver.You work across more than one product category, which most designers never do. We expect you to learn fast and handle several, from jersey and wovens to dresses, taking each from concept to a made sample: trend and fabric research, ranges, tech packs, and the back-and-forth until the sample is right. Our Dhaka team makes your samples, and you work hand in hand with them, product development, the sample section, pattern makers, 3D technicians, garment tech, and material sourcing, to get each design made.
