Designer - Menswear

The RoleDesigner at Superdry will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, consumer-focused products in line with CEO’s vision. They will play a key role in driving product development forward, ensuring designs are market-aware, commercially relevant, and aligned to brand direction. Collaborating cross functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality ranges that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability in a fast paced, agile environment. This role is 4 days a week in office.You WillWork closely with the CEO and Design Manager to develop innovative products that strengthen brand relevance and create customer excitement.Manage the end-to-end delivery of styles from concept through to launch, ensuring design integrity and commercial objectives are achieved.Plan and manage multiple projects, including seasonal collections and in-season initiatives, working to multiple critical paths and key deadlines.Use consumer insight, category strategy, and brand positioning to identify and execute product opportunities.Research trends, markets, and inspiration, translating them into designs that align with the brand DNA across fabric, block, and branding.Create accurate, detailed design packs and specifications to support efficient product development and production.Present concepts, design rationale, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design, technical, quality, sourcing, regional, and supplier teams to deliver outstanding products and support sustainability goals.Contribute to the delivery of department objectives by influencing others, driving continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and role-modelling company values and behaviours.You AreAn experienced and highly skilled product designer with deep knowledge of design principles and your category.Creative, solution-focused, and able to simplify complex challenges into practical action.Resilient, adaptabl
