Product Developer - Wovens & Trims

THE ROLEWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Design team as a Product Developer. This role will focus specifically on our woven categories and trim co-ordination for all categories. As a Product Developer at AllSaints you will work closely with the Designers to help bring our designs to life. You should be passionate about product, pay close attention to detail, and have great organisational skills.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Design department is the epicentre of our DNA and influences every part of our brand. We play a key role in setting the tone and direction of the brand visually & commercially and ensure that our customers receive the product they desire.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)Coordinating samples and ensuring they are logged and passed to correct teams and set up for presentationsChasing prices from vendors, ensuring the buying team have full visibility for negotiationsWorking with Design and Production on bulk approvalsEnsuring development critical path is followed and all samples arrive on timeEnsure accurate Bill of Materials are shared with suppliers for productionWorking closely with our suppliers and building strong relationshipsAttend fit meetings and collection reviewsOrdering Protos and SMS, working closely with design to ensure materials are booked in a timely mannerCo-ordinating a library of trims from across all categories.Striving to ensure all fabrics/trims/processes etc are sustainable.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)Solid experience in a similar role, particularly wovens - shirts, trousers & sleepwear.Technical or Design qualifications / education preferredKnowledge of vertical retailing would be advantageousComputer literate – basic office suite.
