About Us Paul Betenly Paul Betenly is a growing contemporary menswear brand serving over 400 specialty retailers across North America. We specialize in tailored clothing, sport coats, dress shirts, knitwear, and elevated menswear collections designed for today’s modern customer. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Product Development Specialist to support wholesale account growth, seasonal product development, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with specialty stores, menswear retailers, and wholesale accounts. Prospect and help open new wholesale accounts. Support existing retail accounts with product information, samples, line sheets, pricing, delivery updates, and follow-up. Assist in seasonal collection development, including fabrics, colors, trims, styling, and fit direction. Work closely with factories, vendors, and internal teams on product development and production details. Participate in trade shows, showroom appointments, customer meetings, and occasional travel. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback. Help prepare sales presentations, seasonal line sheets, product information, and selling tools. Coordinate product launch schedules and follow up on development, samples, and delivery timelines. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in apparel, menswear, fashion wholesale, product development, merchandising, or sales. Experience with men’s tailored clothing, suits, sport coats, dress shirts, or dress apparel is strongly preferred. Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit, styling, and seasonal product development. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with retail buyers, specialty stores, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and market appointments. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, line sheets, order forms
