Job Title: Product DesignerReports to: Head of Design Department: Streaming Product & Growth Location: Leeds (this role requires travel between Leeds & London offices once per fortnight) Job Grade: P1DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Streaming department is responsible for the strategy, development, and operation of our digital streaming platform, delivering high-quality, on-demand content to audiences across multiple devices and markets. The team drives innovation in user experience, content delivery, and platform technology, ensuring our streaming service remains competitive and aligned with evolving consumer expectations. Working cross-functionally with technology, marketing, content and editorial, commercial and insights, the department is at the forefront of digital transformation enabling the business to reach new audiences and maximize engagement in a rapidly changing media landscape as part of our FAST Forward strategy. JOB PURPOSEThe cross-platform designer will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences across mobile, desktop, and big-screen devices for our streaming business. This role ensures that design decisions are customer-led while balancing commercial objectives and business priorities. Working closely with Product, Growth, Technology, Research and Insights teams, the designer will translate user needs and business goals into design solutions that elevate the viewer experience and drive growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign seamless, consistent experiences across mobile, desktop, and big-screen platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met. Champion a customer-first approach, leveraging research and insights to inform design decisions while balancing commercial and strategic objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into high-quality design outputs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets. Apply and evolve the C4 streaming design system to maintain consistency across platforms
