Regional Product Developer

Job Title: Regional Product DeveloperWorking closely with US Account Management and the Hong Kong–based Product Development and Merchandising teams, the Regional Product Developer ensures efficient product development and delivers well-prepared presentations to buyers. They will manage product flow and action calendars for assigned segments while maintaining a thorough understanding of the product cheat sheets and menus across all sectors.This role serves as the key liaison between US clients and the Hong Kong–based Product Development team. This role requires strong and frequent client engagement, and a solid understanding of the US retail market. The role is responsible for involves analyzing market needs and emerging trends—including styles, shapes, and colours—to ensure product offerings remain competitive and commercially relevant.In addition to core product development responsibilities, this individual will act as a “stand-in” managerial Product Development (PD) figure, supporting and guiding the Assistant PD in the US.
