Our mission is to build on our heritage to deliver smarter, greener, safer and accessible mobility for all.We are proud of what we’ve achieved already and excited to bring and develop talent into the EV industry.About the roleTo support the GC3 Creative Exterior Detail Design team in the development and delivery of high‑quality exterior detail design solutions, contributing to the creation, refinement, and realisation of exterior components in line with brand vision, design intent, and production requirements.• Participate in all aspects of exterior detail design, leading the development of exterior detail concepts, renderings, and the tracking of both digital and clay models.• Deliver high-quality detail design across exterior components, including front and rear lamps, wheels, mirrors, and exterior jewellery parts.• Demonstrate strong cross‑cultural communication skills, effectively interpreting requirements and delivering design solutions aligned with project and brand objectives.• Collaborate closely with, and provide guidance to, digital and physical modelling teams to ensure design intent is accurately realised.• Use visualisation and display software to analyse products, develop concept ideas, and produce compelling renderings and presentation material.• Apply proven automotive design experience, with a strong foundation in hand sketching and re
