What’s the role about?As our Print Designer, you’ll support the development of seasonal print concepts from initial inspiration through to final production. Working closely with the Senior Print Designer, you’ll help create visually compelling and commercially relevant designs that align with the Reiss brand.This is a fast-paced, creative role where you’ll combine strong design skills with technical accuracy, ensuring all artwork is delivered to the highest standard and within critical path deadlines.This is a 12-month fixed term contract.Who You ArePrevious experience in a fashion print design role or similar, with exposure to the full design process from concept to production. A creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong eye for colour, placement and composition. Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong technical artwork skills. A solid understanding of print development, including repeats, scale, colour separation and strike-offs. Commercially aware, with the ability to translate trends into wearable, brand-right designs. Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the development of seasonal print concepts, working closely with the Senior Print Designer. Conducting research into trends, vintage references and new techniques to inform design direction. Creating original print designs through both hand-drawn and digital methods. Producing and finalising artwork using Adobe software, ensuring all files are print-ready and technically accurate. Managing colour matching and Pantone selection, reviewing strike-offs and making amendments where required. Maintaining trackers, boards and systems to ensure all design information is accurate and up to date. Working to critical path deadlines, supporting sample approvals and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. Contributing to
