Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613Fashion Designer:We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in performance wear to join our design team. This role will support the creation of innovative, functional, and trend-forward collections that merge style with high-level performance. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, a solid understanding of technical fabrics, and a desire to create apparel that supports movement, comfort, and durability.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of performance wear collections (leggings, tops, sports bras, outerwear, etc.) from concept through production.Research market trends, athlete/consumer needs, and emerging innovations in technical fabrics and trims.Support the creation of mood boards, design sketches, flat drawings, CADs, and color stories.Collaborate with technical design, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure fit, construction, and performance standards are met.Contribute to fabric and trim sourcing, with a focus on stretch, compression, moisture management, breathability, and sustainability.Participate in fittings, documenting adjustments, and ensuri
