JOB DESCRIPTION: DESIGNER, WOMENS APPAREL, NEW YORKConiglio Palm Beach, a rapidly growing luxury resortwear brand, is seeking an experienced and highly creative Women's Apparel Designer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Founder, this individual will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the brand and developing seasonal collections across all apparel categories, including dresses, separates, knitwear, sweaters, cover-ups, and special capsule collections. Working closely with leadership across design, merchandising, production, sales, and technical design, the Designer will help translate the brand's vision into commercially successful collections that reflect the distinctive Coniglio Palm Beach aesthetic.The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with technical expertise and a deep understanding of the luxury contemporary market. They will possess experience in trend forecasting, fabric development, garment construction, fit, and merchandising, with the ability to take products from initial concept through production. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as the brand continues its expansion in the global luxury market.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with the Founder to develop and execute the overall creative vision of the brand.Research and identify emerging fashion, lifestyle, travel, color, print, fabric, and silhouette trends relevant to the luxury resortwear customer.Create seasonal inspiration boards, mood concepts, color palettes, and category strategies.Design and develop collections across all apparel categories including dresses, separates, knitwear, sweaters, cover-ups, and special projects.Collaborate with print designers and creative teams to develop exclusive prints and seasonal storytelling.Conceptualize innovative silhouettes and fit solutions that support the brand's commitment to versatility and inclusiv
