You are part of a collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering the most innovative, user-centric UPF 50+ clothing and products, empowering people to live active, outdoor lives with confidence and safety in the sun.Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Designer to join Coolibar’s product team and bring seasonal product briefs to life, from concept sketch through completed BOM and final artwork package, ready for Product Development handoff. In this role, you partner closely with Category Managers, who own the product brief, and with the Creative Director on Colorama, print, trim, and material direction. You own the full design output for each style: sketches, color direction, trim and material direction, artworks, and BOM. You also work closely with Product Development to align on timelines, submission standards, and handoff requirements so development can execute without gaps.
