Senior Textile Associate, Wholesale Apparel

We currently have an exciting opportunity for The Senior Textile Associate supports textile sourcing, fabric development, and vendor management activities while serving as a key cross-functional partner to Design, Production, and Sourcing teams. This role independently manages fabric development initiatives and helps drive seasonal execution. Responsibilities Manage fabric development from initial concept through production Partner with mills, vendors, and factories to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery expectations are met Review lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms, and bulk fabric approvals Troubleshoot fabric issues and recommend solutions Maintain seasonal fabric libraries and development records Track timelines and support sourcing initiatives Maintain PLM data and fabric specifications Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives Mentor and support junior team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 4-6 years of textile sourcing, development, or production experience Strong woven and knit fabric knowledge Experience working directly with mills and overseas vendors Strong Excel and PLM experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Salary Range: $80K - $90K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
