Our team is passionate about bring imaginative toys and gifts to life through exceptional design, quality, storytelling and service.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Product Development team member to support development of plush, toys, trend, and custom products from concept through production. This role is ideal for someone who loves toys, understands consumer trends, and enjoys collaborating with sourcing, design, manufacturing and sales teams to bring products to market.Key Responsibilities:Assist in manage product development projects from concept through production.Coordinate with overseas factories and suppliers on samples, revisions, costing, and timelines.Track product development schedules and ensure milestones are met.Review and evaluate product samples for quality, safety, functionality, and design accuracy.Prepare product specifications, development documents, and presentation materials.Research market trends, competitive products, consumer insights and support marketing campaignsOrganize and maintain sample libraries, product databases, and development records.Support trade show preparation, customer presentations, and internal product reviews.Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, operations and sales teams to execute product launches.Experience we are looking for:1-3 years of experience in Product Development / Toys or closely related field.Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative and dynamic environmentPassion for toys, trend, and gift consumer productsExperience working with overseas manufacturers in the toy industry Organized, positive, creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment.If you are passionate about toys, plush and creating products that bring joy to people, we'd love to hear from you.
