This role combines creative expertise with strategic thinking, guiding design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to produce high-quality, innovative visuals that resonate with our audience.The Senior Designer will be part of the in-house design team and create visually compelling content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This role is ideal for someone with expert knowledge in design principles and a passion for visual storytelling—a creative all-rounder.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of creative projects across digital and print, including branding, campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and presentations.Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR and digital teams to translate objectives into visually compelling concepts.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and creative standards are met.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to innovate and elevate creative output.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic creative planning.Design for all Design Hotels events: digital invitations, on-site print collateral, spatial design.Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams.Mentor junior designers.Experience & MindsetStrong design skills with expertise in typography, layout, branding, logo design and research.Good knowledge of des
