You will be able to independently design and develop, commercially successful and creatively engaging seasonal product across defined categories. Having the flexibility to design across genders if needed. Ensuring alignment with brand values and customer expectations. This role balances hands-on creativity with technical understanding and works cross-functionally to support the smooth delivery of each range.Your key areas of focus:Creative ExecutionOwn the end-to-end design of multiple product categories within the seasonal range.Create detailed CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.Ensure each design aligns with seasonal creative direction, brand handwriting, and target customer.Contribute confidently in fittings, reviews, and range builds, taking initiative on improvements and refinements.Seasonal Research & DevelopmentResearch trends, fabric, colour, and competitive landscape to support relevant and forward-thinking design.Curate mood boards and seasonal inspiration, bringing new ideas and energy to team discussions.Help identify gaps or opportunities within the range and propose creative, commercial solutions.Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Buying, Merchandising, Technical.Liaise with suppliers to clarify design details, resolve issues, and ensure sample accurac
