If you share our passion for creativity, sustainability, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.ABOUT THE ROLEVivienne Westwood is currently looking for a Junior RTW Designer to support the Design team in our Studio located in Milan Office.Role Overview:The Junior RTW Designer supports the development of seasonal ready-to-wear collections, contributing to research, silhouette exploration, and garment development in line with the house’s distinctive design language. This role requires a strong sensitivity to cut, proportion, and historical reference, combined with the ability to translate creative concepts into technically resolved garments.Key Responsibilities:Support the design team across all stages of RTW collection development;Work closely with the Design Director, Artistic Director, Creative Director and in-house Product Development team on design development and execution;Conduct in-depth research (historical costume, tailoring, archive references, subcultural influences);Assist in developing draped and constructed silhouettes;Produce technical flats and CAD drawings;Work closely with pattern cutters on toile development and fittings;Prepare and update tech packs and product specifications;Participate in fittings and document changes;Support material research and contribute to fabric and trim development;Maintain archive references and seasonal developments;Ensure consistency with brand identity.Required Skills & Qualifications:Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent;Strong portfolio with tailoring, drape, and construction;Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop;Knowledge of garment construction and pattern cutting;Strong attention to detail;Fluent in En
