For our Italian international team based in Milan, we are looking for a Graphic Designer – Marketing & Pre-Press/LayoutThe figure will support the team in the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for online and offline marketing campaigns, contributing to the creation of assets for social media, banners, newsletters, promotional visuals and printed content.The role will have a main focus on marketing design, but will also include layout, pre-press and file control activities, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and technical correctness for production.We are looking for a creative, precise and proactive person interested in new digital tools, AI workflows and multi-channel content production.ResponsibilitiesCreation and adaptation of visual assets for digital and offline campaigns, including social media, banners, newsletters, advertising materials, promotional content, and sales support materials. Supporting the marketing team in transforming briefs and business objectives into clear, consistent, and results-driven visual solutions. Knowledge of printing and pre-press processes, including file preparation, image management, file formats, PDFs, overprint settings, color separation, bleed settings, DPI requirements, and Pantone® color management. Adapting existing materials across different formats, languages, and channels while maintaining visual consistency and high-quality execution. Assisting in the production of simple digital content, including short videos, animated formats, and social media assets. Organizing creative assets, templates, and source files, contributing to an efficient and well-structured workflow. Requirements2–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, visual communication, or similar roles.
