The brand operates boutiques across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, reflecting its strong international growth.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & DevelopmentSupport PD and technical teams in sourcing materials and new construction techniquesCreate tech packs in PLM with Design (materials, measurements, specifications)Coordinate prototype and sample development according to the Critical PathCheck samples and communicate feedback to suppliersSupport fittings, sample comments consolidation, and follow-up with manufacturersAssist in material ordering and supplier coordinationProduction & Pre-ProductionTrack development progress and ensure deadlines are metSupport costing, MOQ, and lead time discussions with suppliersManage PLM data (Centric8) and ERP updates (AP21)Coordinate SMS samples for shows, campaigns, and wholesaleSupport handover from development to production and ensure accuracy of dataCommunication & CoordinationLiaise with design, merchandising, production, and suppliersMaintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholdersSupport travel when required (sourcing, production, training)Skills & Experience5 years’ experience in footwear/accessories development or productionStrong understanding of manufacturing processesExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong communication and supplier management skillsProficiency in Excel and PLM/ERP systems (Centric8, AP21)Flexibility to travel Show more Show less
