You will act as a technical authority and integrator, bridging design intent with construction reality, ensuring that all projects are robustly detailed, coordinated, compliant, and aligned with CREDDI standards and strategic priorities. This role is largely focused on RIBA Stages 3 onwards driving quality and consistency across technical design and construction documentation. You will work closely with both external and internal partners including but not limited to; interior designers, engineers, consultants, operations, security and IT/AV, ensuring that all technical outputs meet the highest standards in coordination, sustainability, and operational performance. This role reports into the Global Director of Design, Delivery & Innovation, as part of Corporate Real Estate (CREDDI) and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help shape the workplace design direction across the entire Equinix office portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design Leadership & AssuranceReview technical design and construction packages across all capital workplace projects, identifying risks, gaps, and non-compliance with design intent and specifications. Ensure design int
