Bas ed in Italy and active across Europe, we shape the next chapter of our brands with curiosity, authenticity and teamwork.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development process for our assigned apparel lines. In this role, you will be the technical pivot between design and production, ensuring that every garment—from prototypes to final production—meets our quality standards and technical specifications. You will work closely with international suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring our collections to life.YOUR IMPACTEnd-to-End Development: Manage the development of Prototypes, SMS (Salesman Samples), and Pre-Production samples, coordinating with Design, Graphic, Fabric, Trims, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Demand Planning teams.Technical Management: Take full ownership of technical sheets on the PLM system across all development stages.Monitoring & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed Excel tracking files to monitor project advancement and ensure deadlines are met.Supplier Coordination: Communicate technical data, color ranges, and comments to international suppliers in English; coordinate with Demand Planning for sample order issuance.Quality: Verify sample conformity, provide technical feedback, and manage the creation and coloring of BOM/DIBA for both garments and graphics.Problem Solving: Support international suppliers in resolving technical issues related to sampling and production, and provide technical evaluations for production allocati
