Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising and Technical teams, you will translate design vision into commercially relevant products while ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to key timelines. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with strategic thinking, while inspiring others and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Lead the design and development of innovative Home & Seasonal products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer expectationsTranslate trends and creative direction into commercially viable, premium product rangesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver best-in-class product and processesManage multiple projects and key milestones, ensuring timely delivery against critical trading deadlinesMentor and support junior team members, fostering creativity, collaboration and continuous developmentDepending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’.
