niira (https://niira.co/) is hiring an energetic apparel designer to help build our clothing line.niira is an artisanal-first lifestyle brand, crafted in culture, known for Kolhapuris and handwoven ikat. We are now building a three-tier clothing line (minimal, solids, detailed) across women, men and kids, with loungewear and kaftans as the hero categories, on a handwoven-craft and chikankari foundation.We want someone eager in their career but sharp, who can take a brief from sketch to tech pack, work hands-on with weavers and karigars on small-batch runs, develop co-ord sets and seasonal colourways, and obsess over fit, fabric and finish. Strong on Indian craft, comfortable with a fast D2C pace.Based in Mumbai. Portfolio matters more than years.
