We are looking for a creative, passionate, and commercially driven Fashion Designer who can develop innovative collections that align with current market trends and customer preferences.Job Responsibilities- Research domestic and international fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor collections.- Design innovative collections including kurtis, kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses, tops, and other women's ethnic wear.- Develop seasonal and festive collections based on market demand.- Create mood boards, colour palettes, print concepts, and design themes.- Select suitable fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories.- Prepare design sketches, CADs, tech packs, measurement charts, and production specifications.- Coordinate closely with the merchandising, sourcing, production, and sampling teams throughout the product development process.- Develop and review samples, conduct fittings, and implement required design improvements before bulk production.- Ensure every design is commercially viable and meets target pricing and quality standards.- Work with fabric mills, printers, embroidery units, and other vendors to develop exclusive fabrics and design concepts.- Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance.- Maintain the design calendar and ensure timely launch of new collections.Candidate Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.- 3–8 years of experience in
