The company designs and markets trend-driven collections across Prom, Club, Social Occasion, and Day Dress categories. They are currently seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the creative vision and development of their Juniors dress collections. Salary/Hourly Rate: $110K – $145K annually (flexible up to $175K depending on experience, with openness to a Director-level title) Position Overview: The Senior Fashion Designer will lead the creative vision and seasonal development of Juniors dress collections. This role requires identifying emerging fashion trends, developing original concepts, and overseeing the design process from initial sketch through production. The ideal Senior Fashion Designer will have extensive experience in occasion dressing, a deep understanding of the Juniors customer, and a proven track record designing successful fashion programs across Prom, Club, Social Occasion, and Day Dress categories.
