To support our Design team we are searching for a Designer @MYTHERESA to be based in our London office.WHAT YOU WILLDOConduct in-depth research and womenswear trend analysisRefine existing and develop new blocks in collaboration with the Technical team, defining the fit, shape and aesthetic of the brandCreate design packs and support the launch of new collectionsSource fabrics and trims, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver ranges in line with the critical pathCollaborate with the Technical team on fits and product developmentWork with the Creative Director, Buyer and Product team to ensure a balanced collection and contribute to range presentationsTravel to fabric fairs and factories in the UK and abroadWHO YOU AREPassion for womenswear design, with a strong understanding of the customer and brandMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar womenswear design roleCreative and commercially minded designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design workExcellent knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, trims and hardwareProficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CAD and ExcelStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail, strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
