Senior Designer - Women's Apparel Knits and Sweaters

Job Summary We are seeking a Women's Apparel Senior Designer to develop exclusive/private brand product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of mass market trends and the ability to interpret them into customized, high performing collections for retail partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity environment, successfully executing high-SKU count without comprising product integrity. Key Responsibilities Create designs for exclusive division monthly collections Complete tech packs details inclusive of technical flat sketch, BOM, construction call outs, fit/spec Research seasonal trends and key concepts Source seasonal raw materials fabrics and trims Attend and contribute to proto fittings Ensure product is trend right and cost engineered Collaborate closely cross-functional partners—including Technical Design, Production, Oversea offices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field 5-7+ years of experience in Women’s Apparel Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-market execution Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, digital sketching tools, PLM systems, Microsoft Office, Google G Suite Well versed in fabrics, fit, construction, and garment development processes for moderate to budget price points Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for women’s fashion and trend awareness Salary: $65,000 - $85,000, DOE Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO and benefits
