A&S Labels is committed to kindness, respect, and an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute meaningfully.ROLE PURPOSE:The Technical Designer plays a critical, central role in ensuring the ultimate quality, fit, and construction integrity of A&S Labels. Acting in collaboration with the senior tech, this role drives the fit session process, provides advanced technical solutions, and ensures all garments are engineered to the brand’s highest standards.Leveraging deep industry expertise and commanding strategic communication skills, the Technical Designer facilitates critical discussions to achieve high quality product outcomes. This professional proactively diagnoses and resolves complex design or construction issues, collaborating seamlessly across design, production, and manufacturing suppliers. The role is instrumental in delivering garments that are trend-led, commercially viable, and margin-conscious, while strictly adhering to the critical path to meet key commercial deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:Fit & Pattern Leadership: Lead and facilitate comprehensive fit sessions with confidence, providing clear, actionable direction.
