This role will play an important part in shaping that future, helping us build collections that resonate with today's outdoor consumer through a balance of performance, style, versatility, and authenticity – with focus across UK, US, DE and China with building DTC.We are looking for a creative and commercially minded designer with a passion for women's outdoor product. You will bring a strong sense of style, a good understanding of the modern outdoor consumer, and the ability to create compelling product concepts that balance fashion relevance with functional performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise while helping shape the future of women's outdoor apparel.What you’ll be doing:Design innovative women's outdoor apparel collections that balance technical performance, comfort, durability, and contemporary style while reflecting the Berghaus brand identity.Research consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging materials to identify opportunities for product innovation and commercial growth.Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections, technical sketches, and detailed design specifications from initial brief through to final product.Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical, Merchandising, and Buying teams to ensure designs meet performance standards,
