Job Title: Technical Apparel Designer Location: Eberlestock Headquarters Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5 PM (flex based on business needs) Reports To: Head of Design Position Summary: The Technical Apparel Designer is responsible for designing and developing high-performance apparel that meets Eberlestock's standards for quality, durability, functionality, and fit. This role partners closely with Product Management, Product Development, and manufacturing partners to transform product concepts into production-ready garments that perform in demanding outdoor environments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of garment construction, technical fabrics, fit, and manufacturing processes, while maintaining a passion for creating innovative products that support hunters, military professionals, law enforcement, and outdoor enthusiasts.
