Working alongside the Design team to driving the brand in a conceptual, boundary-breaking way to ensure we continue to maintain our position in the marketplace as an international accessorise brand in an ever-competitive landscape. We are now looking for a Designer to work on Angels (kids wear) to build out an innovate range.What will you do as Designer? Assist the Design team with research, prep, and execution of new seasonal direction for Angles.Help organise product with the buying team ready for Angel sign off meetings.Together with all design team to create regular catwalk and industry trend reports to present back to the full design director.Carry out seasonal trend and technical research to ensure ranges are continually evolving and always world class.Work on developing and sourcing of fabrics and trims relevant for the end use through the design process.Work with Print designer assistants to ensure all print artworks are then translated onto Angles products.Work on Artworks for Angel characters to be translated onto angels products across the range.Working to ensure the tech packs are updated and correct from 1st proto all the way through the final samples.Responsible for keeping track of angles designs progress throughout the design process.Make sure we are on track with the critical path and making sure we are ready for all meetings.Responsible for organising, maintaining, and storing the angel design boards.Build relationships within the team and across the business to ensure all aspects and benefits behind the product are communicated to all customersParticipate in all relevant design meetingsResponsible for taking and sharing the notes for all design and sign off meetings.To be aware of and contribute to the delivery of business targets and brand awareness.Take on ad hoc projects or other responsibilities as appropriateWhat you will need to succeed as a Designer?
