We are seeking an experienced product developer to join our Design & Development team. This person will handle all aspects of the development process including raw material procurement, prototype execution, and wash direction. The Product Development Coordinator will also be responsible for a smooth transition from development to production stage of each style, communicating clearly with the production team on all details.This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN, and will report to the Product Development Manager. This position will also work closely with our tech designer, production team, and design team in Nashville, and sewing facility in Los Angeles.Responsibilities:Build product in partnership with design, that achieves aesthetic, quality and cost requirements against brand standardsLead sample and development tracking, and ensures that materials are reviewed by design team in a timely manner and comments are sent promptlyUpdate seasonal development WIP (work in progress) charts and communicates any open issues with the team on a daily basisCommunicate daily with our Los Angeles sewing room to ensure proper and efficient development workflowCoordinate with technical designer to ensure necessary updates are made to construction details and patternsEnsure raw material POs are placed and tracked and accurate BOMs are maintained for each productCreate accurate cost profiles for all samples, working with vendor partners to find alternative options when necessary to hit margin targetsLeverage process knowledge and leadership experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may require an innovative approachTravel to factories and vendor partners to work with technical teams and to advance fit, quality, washes and timelinesQualifications:Ability to see the ‘big picture’ while managing details and juggling multiple projects and seasons concurrentlyMust be an inspiring team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentHave a bachelor’s degree or eq
