Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Garment Technologist to join our London team and ensure our product meets the require standard of quality, fit and functionality, whilst adhering to the design teams’ vision, across all our ready-to-wear and accessories collections. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales and external manufacturing partners, you will take ownership of all technical aspects including sampling, fitting, pattern amends, grading, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within garment technology and quality, excellent collaboration and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Attend regular meetings with Design and Product Development to review raw materials and processes used in each new season. Highlight any potential issues for raw materials used on collection, offer solutions. Identifying and conduct external raw material and product testing where necessary. Feedback to Head of Product and Production Manager on factory capabilities and cost implication in order to facilitate factory allocation and planning. Launching patterns and pattern amends with pattern cutters and factories. In conjunction with Product Development, creating detailed technical packs for new styles. Assessing all new
