We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.,The Print Concept Design Associate will support the Print Concept Department Head in the creation, development, and communication of seasonal print concepts across Men’s and Children’s brands, including Purple Label, World of Sports, Polo Men’s, and related seasonal initiatives.This role is rooted in visual storytelling, brand sensibility, creative research, artwork development, and strong organizational follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, curious, adaptable, and able to move comfortably in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment. Success in this role requires initiative, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Concept, Design, Production, Merchandising, and other cross-functional & external partners.While traditional print and artwork skills remain an important focus, this role places equal value on creative engagement, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and the ability to support the full lifecycle
