Midlevel Designer (all genders)

Highsnobiety is looking for a Midlevel Designer to join the Creative team in Berlin, working across a mix of client, agency, and brand projects. This role is ideal for a designer who has strong fundamentals, is hungry to grow, and is excited to work across different formats, platforms, and creative challenges.You will report to the VP Creative, Design, and work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and cross functional teams. You will support concept development and execution across digital, print, motion, and spatial touchpoints, while developing your own voice within the Highsnobiety visual universe.Your MissionSupport the design and execution of creative projects across client and agency work, with occasional involvement in brand led initiativesTranslate creative direction into clear, well crafted design outputs across formats such as presentations, layouts, social assets, campaign visuals, and basic motionDevelop strong layout and typographic systems under guidance from senior team membersSupport concept development through visual research, mood boards, references, and initial design explorationsPrepare design files for presentation and production, ensuring accuracy and consistencyCollaborate closely with creatives, strategists, producers, and project managersContinuously build skills and visual literacy through hands on project workYour Skills1-4 years of experience in a design role, internship, or equivalent freelance practiceStrong foundational skills in layout and typographyProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of FigmaBasic motion skills are a plusCuriosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learnAgency experience is a plusWhat We OfferA bright and spacious design office, which reflects our brand and focuses on employee well-being and sustainability, located close to U KurfüstenstrasseThe opportunity to shape the company and help build a global brand in a motivating, international and diverse work atmosphereHigh degree of res
